In addition, the new Creta will feature Hyundai’s Blue Link connectivity, fully-digital MID.

Talking about safety, the new Creta offers 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, hill hold assist, 360-degree camera, tire pressure monitoring system, and front parking sensors in top-end variants.

Engine and transmission

Kia Motors‘ Seltos SUV is coming in three different engine options. Seltos is coming in 1.5-liter diesel and petrol engines and 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engines. If you talk about transmissions, Seltos is coming in 6 speed MT, 6 speed AT, CVT, and 7-speed DCT option. The 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engine generate a power of 115 PS, while the 1.4-liter turbo petrol engine generates a maximum power of 140 PS.

The 1.5-liter petrol engine of Seltos generates a torque of 144 Nm, while the 1.5-liter diesel engine generates a torque of 250 Nm. The 1.4-liter turbo petrol engine generates a torque of 242 Nm. If we talk about the new Creta, then this SUV can come with BS-6 compliant 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engine. Apart from this, the N-line variant may also come with a 1.4-liter turbo petrol engine.

Last year Kia has surprised the Indian car market with the great price tag of Kia seltos as it starts from ₹ 9.89 lakh and the ranges go up to ₹ 17.34 lakh but on the other hand, Hyundai has also made a tough decision and launched its features loaded machine at the price of ₹ 9.99 which is a bit higher than seltos but competitive at the same time and the top-end variant cost at ₹ 17.20 lakh
